Vanchris is dedicated to empowering the differently abled through forklift operator training. Recognizing the potential income and livelihood that forklift operation can provide, he established a training institute in 2019 to equip individuals with the necessary skills. A strong advocate for safety, he is committed to raising awareness about forklift operation risks and leveraging advanced technology, as exemplified by Linde and Still, to enhance training standards. Guided by the mentorship of Mr. Francis Adzogble, Vanchris is passionate about giving back to society by creating opportunities for those with disabilities.
